The website is run by Aural Iris LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("Aural Iris", "we").

2. Information only

The website describes Aural Iris and gives general information. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. In an emergency, call 911.

3. Using Iris

Iris is available only to licensed clinicians and organizations that we invite, under separate written terms that they agree to, on paper or electronically. Those terms, and any business associate agreement, control the use of Iris and any patient information. Nothing on this website changes them.

Iris helps the clinician write the note. The clinician reviews, edits and signs every note; Iris never signs. Iris is intended as a documentation tool, not as a medical device: it does not diagnose or treat, give medical advice or make clinical decisions.

4. For patients

The For patients page explains how your information is handled when your doctor uses Iris and how to say no. It is information only. It does not ask you to sign or agree to anything.

5. Our content and marks

Unless noted otherwise, the website's text, design, images and downloads are owned by Aural Iris LLC. Aural Iris™, Every minute, reclaimed.™ and the Aural Iris logo are trademarks of Aural Iris LLC, and U.S. patents are pending.

You may use the free downloads as described on the downloads page, with the name and logo used as-is. Without our written permission, please do not copy or scrape the website, show it inside another website, or reverse engineer the website or Iris. Please do not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

6. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. No guarantees about the website

We work to keep the website accurate, but it is provided "as is." Features vary by version and settings, and some capabilities are in development. To the extent the law allows, Aural Iris LLC is not liable for damages that come from using the website.
